Korčula Island

The beautiful island of Korčula is located in the Adriatic Sea, in the Middle-group of islands near the Pelješac peninsula and the island of Hvar. It measures 46.8 kilometers with a total surface area of 276 km2. From the coast of the peninsula Pelješac it on the east side of the island departs only 1270 m, while the western side of Korčula disappears into the depths.

From Dubrovnik is only 49 nautical miles (Nm) from Split 57 nm, 250 Nm from Venice and Corfu about 250 Nm.
